We are a smaller pool company by choice. Our controlled growth allows us to focus on our customers and offer them the highest quality service possible at all times. Our owner is involved in daily operations and ensures the management staff is knowledgeable about the latest in products, services and technology.
Premier Aquatics has a lower supervisor to pool ratio than nearly all of the other regional pool management companies. We keep our ratio to no more than eight pools per area supervisor. This means a higher level of supervision and interaction.
We have a strict substitution policy that requires any substitute be met at the facility prior to the shift to ensure that he or she knows the rules, policies and procedures prior to the start of a shift. This helps ensure a consistent level of quality at all times.
Our staff is highly qualified. They are all (from premierguards to supervisors to the owner) certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid and are Pool Operators.
Because we believe in a speedy response time, we have added a phone system to support 24-hour communication. Our phones are automated for a 24-hour response without using an answering service. Our staff uses cellular communication for instant responses. And we pride ourselves on a quick response time in all situations, crisis or not.
