Premier Aquatics Pool Operator Course
Is officially accepted by “Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Environmental Health Bureau”. Montgomery County and Anne Arundel County will still require each candidate/lifeguard to take their County test. In order to obtain a pool operator card valid for those counties, the lifeguard must pass the County required test and pay for the County fee. All other Counties in Maryland will accept the Premier Aquatics pool operator course. Premier Aquatics can also teach the NSPF pool operator course (Nationally recognized) and the American Lifeguard Association pool operator course with our in-house instructors.

Virginia:
Prince William County: Premier Aquatics pool operator course is approved/accepted. In order to obtain Prince William County card, there is a $15 fee required to obtain a County card (Valid for up to 5 year or expires yearly on December 31st). To obtain the Prince William County card, you must go to the Prince William Health Department located at 8470 Kao Circle, Manassas, VA.

Fairfax County: Premier Aquatics pool operator course is approved/accepted. The Fairfax County Health Department recognizes and accepts the Premier Aquatic Pool Operators card. The Premier Aquatics card is valid for 5 years.

Arlington County: The County does not require a card. The County requires that a least one lifeguard on duty at all times has the knowledge and skill to maintain the pool facility. The Arlington County Inspector may require the lifeguard to take a knowledge/skill test at the facility. Premier Aquatics requires all lifeguards that are 16 years or older to take and pass a pool operators course.

District of Columbia:
Premier Aquatics pool operator course is approved/accepted. In order to obtain District of Columbia card, there is a $10 fee required. The District of Columbia requires the payment to be either a $10 money order or personal check. The District of Columbia Department of Health Bureau of Community Hygiene Food Safety & Hygiene Inspection Services Division is located at 825 North Capitol Street NE, Washington, DC 20002. The card is valid for 5 years.

Maryland:
Howard County: Premier Aquatics pool operator course is approved/accepted. In order to obtain Howard County card, there is a $15 fee required. The Howard County Health Department is located at 8930 Stanford Boulevard, Columbia, MD 21045. The card is valid for 5 years.

Prince George’s County: Premier Aquatics pool operator course is approved/accepted. In order to obtain Prince George’s County card, there is a $50 fee required (Valid for 3 years). The Prince George’s County Health Department is located at 9400 Peppercorn Place, 1st Floor Largo, MD 20774.
Frederick County: Premier Aquatics pool operator course is approved/accepted. In order to obtain Frederick County card, there is a $15 fee required (Valid for 3 years). The Frederick County Health Department is located at 350 Montevue Lane Frederick, MD.
