How are they different from regular lifeguards? Attitude.

Premierguards know they are the best. They are guards who excelled at lifeguard training. They are guards who can think on their feet and be reasonable, firm and diplomatic with customers. They are not easily flustered or manipulated. They know how to be in charge as a leader, not a tyrant. They know how to have fun with the customers without diminishing their effectiveness as a guard. Premierguards are not slacking off, they always have work to do.
 

Premier Aquatics has the best starting pay rates for the industry, the best pools and locations, and cool summer activities. We care about our guards. We spend time to get to know each individual. Premierguards come to Premier because it is an organized company that takes care of everyone’s needs and still has time for fun. They come to Premier because it’s a tight family that works together to create the best working environment it can.

 To become a PremierGuard you must:

• Be at least 15 years old
• Lifeguard Certification 
• First Aid and CPR Certification for professional rescuer
• Pool Operators License (for 16 year olds and older)
